Brenda Wathey graduated in 1991 from Concordia University, Montreal Canada, in Political Science. Upon returning to St.Maarten she started to work as the Assistant General Manager in the Family owned Hardware Store. After one year in service, she was promoted to the General Manager. In 2001, the patriarch of the Family, Norman Chester Wathey, passed away and Brenda assumed the role of the managing director for all of the Family-owned businesses.
Her experience spans over 28 years in the Family owned business such as Travel, Cruise line Agency, Shell Oil Agency, Insurance Agency, Real Estate, and Pharmaceutical agency. In recent times her focus is concentrated on the management of Family real estate assets the pharmaceutical agency as well as the travel division.
